Vintner - Owner
18 years of experience in the wine and beverage industry with expertise in national sales, marketing and fine wine production led Andrew Phipps to create Phipps Family Cellars. His stints with Coca-Cola and Beaulieu Vineyard (BV) include production experience at BV in 1993 & 1994: 1993 being the year that marked Andre Tchelistcheff, aka the Maestro’s, final harvest consulting with BV. These experiences along with time spent in France, and Andy's natural passion for wine, are what galvanized his desire to create his own enduring brand, Phipps Family Cellars.
Andy also owns 5&I WINE LLC, a Boutique Wine Brokerage Company based in Napa, California.

Compliance & Operations - Co-Owner
Jennifer brings her extensive experience with operations, compliance & accounting in the wine industry to bear at Phipps Family Cellars. After returning to the Napa Valley in 1994, Jennifer has worked as a Corporate Trainer for the Houston’s Restaurant Corporation and as Director of Operations for both ATM Plus, Inc. in San Francisco and Falcor Wine Cellars in Napa.

Winemaking Consultant
With a solid background in winemaking, vineyard science and chemistry, Jeff has a degree in Winemaking from the University of California at Davis. Through his winemaking experiences at Opus One, ZD Winery, Saddleback Cellars, Venge Family Winery, Carter Cellars and Partridge Cellars, Jeff has established himself as one of the wine industry’s true Up-and-Comers.
PFC chose Jeff because of his hands-on approach to making wines.

Consulting Viticulturist
Larry is "Our Man in Amsterdam." He has a strong background in both developing and managing vineyards throughout the known world. His particular expertise lies in soils and conservation and his extensive resume includes Vineyard management and Viticulture Consulting experience with Clos du Val Winery, Clover Hill ( Australia ), Domaine de Nizas ( Languedoc , France ), Elyse Winery, Falcor Winery, Flowers Winery, Morisoli Vineyards, Taltarni Winery ( Australia ) and V. Sattui Winery to name a few.
Larry holds a Master’s Degree in Plant Science from the University of California at Davis.

Annie & David Johanson are Principals of Sunny Capital, LLC and David is the Managing Partner of Johanson Berenson LLP, a boutique business and corporate law firm devoted to providing client-oriented legal representation and counseling of the highest quality, on a diverse nationwide and international basis, coupled with the dependability and personal attention of the smaller law firm.
